The article deals with the issue of the communication process in the context of the process of change. The paper discusses the significance of the communication process within the organization (especially the main barriers to internal communication) and the issues of changes in organization and communication in the process of change. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the possibility of using communication techniques in the process of implementing changes. Discussed techniques have been evaluated in view of the suitability in the process of implementing changes.

Poszukiwanie nowych rozwiązań i weryfikowanie tych już istniejących w związku z rozprzestrzenianiem się wirusa SARS-CoV-2 wymaga możliwości odniesienia gromadzonych danych do tych sprzed pandemii. Celem autorów było określenie struktury budżetów czasu bezpośrednio tuż przed pandemią w odniesieniu do wybranej grupy respondentów (bezdzietnych kobiet kontynuujących naukę). Badania prowadzono w trzech edycjach (2017/2018, 2018/2019 i 2019/2020) korzystając z techniki autorejestracji. Narzędziem badania był formularz dzienniczka tygodniowego. W artykule omówiono strukturę budżetu czasu ustaloną dla respondentów w oparciu o zebrane dane, obejmującą wraz z wyliczeniem średnich czasów trwania podejmowanych czynności z zakresu wyróżnionych kategorii grup działań. W strukturze budżetu czasu respondentek wyraźne odzwierciedlenie zalazły sygnalizowane dotychczas przemiany społeczne.

The search for new solutions and verify existing in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 requires the ability to reference data to those collected before the pandemic. Objectives: The aim of the article was to determine the structure of time budgets just before the pandemic in relation to a selected group of respondents (childless women continuing their education). The research was conducted in three editions (2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020) using the auto-registration technique. The research tool was a weekly diary form. Results: The structure obtained from the study differs from the structure developed by the Central Statistical Office of 2013. Individual categories of activity groups have been extended (using social media) and others have been shortened (household and family care). In the structure of the budget time respondents were clearly reflected social changes previously indicated.

The article focuses on the Social Potential of the organization. In accordance with the adopted objective, the components of the potential were described and the conditions of its shaping in the organization were characterized. Taking into account the possible states of combinations of the discussed potential factors, the types of situations important for the assessment of possibilities activating potential were proposed. They were analysed, on the one hand, indicating activities in the field of organization policy, appropriate for shaping, using and developing the potential, and on the other – showing the complexity of the issue and difficulties in the selection of the type of activities. The article shows the role of engagement and satisfaction in this area. It analyses the potential in relation to an individual, a group and an organization.

In this paper, stressing the importance of positive acts evaluating a partner in communication process, the authors tried to identify the guidelines for its formulation. Acts of this kind are deprived of humiliation which fosters interpersonal relationships The authors begin their considerations showing the importance of social skills and the role of correct formulation of messages. Based on the analysis of the literature on the subject, as well as using practical examples, the authors reviewed the fundamental errors in the design of communication during the exchange of messages. They identified two basic (vertical and horizontal) types and gave their examples. These errors can lead to diminish the participation of communication process (in particular this of depreciation acts). The appearance of those errors (by diminishing the interlocutor) may result in the inhibition of not only the communication process, but the worsening of the relationship. Considering the structure of communication the authors proposed the construction of formulating the message that favored interpersonal relationships understanding and supporting.
