Súčasné vysoké školy sú postavené pred celý rad problémov, ktoré so sebou prinášajú neustále zmeny vo všetkých oblastiach spoločenského života. Optimalizácia vyučovacieho procesu je problematika vysoko aktuálna, pretože zmeny v spoločnosti so sebou prinášajú aj pretváranie system vyučovania, ktorý sa jej prispôsobuje a je nevyhnutné sa touto skutočnosťou zaoberať a riešiť ju. Vyučovanie nemôže zaostávať za vývojom spoločenského života, pretože práve jeho subjektívni činitelia, jeho „produkt“ – študenti, sú aktívnymi účastníkmi a tvorcami tejto spoločnosti.

Contemporary universities are solving many problems, which the often changings of social life entail with. The optimization of teaching process is the actual problem, because the social modifications bring the transformation of the teaching system, what conorm to that, and it's consequential to deal and solve of this. The teaching process can't to lag for the social progress, but its products – students, they are active participants and builders of this society.

Optymalizacja procesu nauczania w uczelni wyższej jest kwestią ważną, ponieważ zmiany w społeczeństwie doprowadziły do przekształcenia nauczania. Nauczanie musi dotrzymać kroku ewolucji życia społecznego, ponieważ jego “product” ‒ studenci są aktywnymi uczestnikami i twórcami uczelni.

Fear is one of the factors that is most life threatening. it causes psychogenic illness, pro- ducing tension in the mind and in addition, distorting a person’s morals. The ambition of this paper is to outline the evolutionary processes that throughout the history of the human race have influenced the development of human thought, feeling, effect, and therefore fear as well. it further describes fear not just as genetic information, but also as information mediated by the social community and groups, as a phenomenon influenced by cultural environment.

Pre modernú spoločnosť je príznačné, že požiadavky na vedomosti a zručnosti človeka sú nielen vysoké, ale tiež že sa neustále menia. Človek, aby mohol úspešne existovať ako pracovná sila, musí neustále prehlbovať a rozširovať svoje vedomosti a zručnosti. Existuje už len veľmi málo povolaní (ak vôbec nejaké), kde človek za celú dobu svojej ekonomickej aktivity vystačí s tým, čo sa naučil v priebehu prípravy na povolanie. Vzdelávanie a formovanie pracovných schopností sa v modernej spoločnosti stáva celoživotným procesom. V tomto procese zohráva stále dôležitejšiu úlohu podnik (organizácia) a ním organizované vzdelávacie aktivity.

Each of us is longing to live more intensely. We hear all over again or are explicitly stating that life is monotonous, boring, empty. How can we enrich our lives? There must be efforts in living more intensely. We want to clarify in this article what these efforts mean and what presumptions they have. We want to point out that the deepening of perceptiveness and sensitivity is the way leading to a more intense life. Only a sensitive and perceptive person is a great fortune to themselves, also greatly enriching their surroundings.

The acceptation of the personality of the student means for us to ensure that all have an equal chance to develop.
