Súčasné vysoké školy sú postavené pred celý rad problémov, ktoré so sebou prinášajú neustále zmeny vo všetkých oblastiach spoločenského života. Optimalizácia vyučovacieho procesu je problematika vysoko aktuálna, pretože zmeny v spoločnosti so sebou prinášajú aj pretváranie system vyučovania, ktorý sa jej prispôsobuje a je nevyhnutné sa touto skutočnosťou zaoberať a riešiť ju. Vyučovanie nemôže zaostávať za vývojom spoločenského života, pretože práve jeho subjektívni činitelia, jeho „produkt“ – študenti, sú aktívnymi účastníkmi a tvorcami tejto spoločnosti.

The optimization of teaching process is the actual problem, because the social modifications bring the transformation of the teaching system, what conorm to that, and it's consequential to deal and solve of this. The teaching process can't to lag for the social progress, but its products – students, they are active participants and builders of this society.

The ambition of this paper is to outline the evolutionary processes that throughout the history of the human race have influenced the development of human thought, feeling, effect, and therefore fear as well. it further describes fear not just as genetic information, but also as information mediated by the social community and groups, as a phenomenon influenced by cultural environment.

Pre modernú spoločnosť je príznačné, že požiadavky na vedomosti a zručnosti človeka sú nielen vysoké, ale tiež že sa neustále menia. Človek, aby mohol úspešne existovať ako pracovná sila, musí neustále prehlbovať a rozširovať svoje vedomosti a zručnosti. Existuje už len veľmi málo povolaní (ak vôbec nejaké), kde človek za celú dobu svojej ekonomickej aktivity vystačí s tým, čo sa naučil v priebehu prípravy na povolanie. Vzdelávanie a formovanie pracovných schopností sa v modernej spoločnosti stáva celoživotným procesom. V tomto procese zohráva stále dôležitejšiu úlohu podnik (organizácia) a ním organizované vzdelávacie aktivity.
