Artykuł próbuje poddać analizie procesy związane (uwikłane) z metodologiczną, intelektualną i kulturową tradycją takich pojęć, jak magia i rewitalizacja, występujących w naukach społecznych w XXI wieku wraz z odwołaniem się do niektórych możliwych uwarunkowań. Wiele dyscyplin powinno zwrócić uwagę na procesy nazwane związane z modernizacją struktur społecznych poprzez wykorzystanie zawartych w artykule treści. W szczególności ekonomiczne i kulturowe determinanty wybranych problemów oraz kierunek transformacji, który przebiega w polskim demokratyczno-normatywnym porządku społeczeństwa postmonocentrycznego, jest krytykowany nie tylko przez autora, lecz również akademickich profesorów, wykładowców oraz studentów. Jednakże w końcu artykułu autor wyraża własny optymizm co do waloryzacji podnoszonych kwestii, jak i przemawia za stosowaniem problematyki magii rewitalizacji w Polsce oraz w postindustrialnym świecie.

The paper attempts to analyze the processes related to methodological, intellectual and cultural tradition of such notions as magic and revitalization occurring in social sciences in the XXI century with reference to some possible conditions. Many disciplines should pay attention to the processes connected with modernization of social structures through the use of the contents included in this article. In particular, economic and cultural determinants of selected issues and the direction of the transformation that occur in Polish democratic and normative order of post-monocentric society are criticized not only by the author but also university professors, lecturers and students. However, at the end of the paper, the author remains optimistic about the valorization of the issues raised above and the application of the magic of revitalization in Poland and in the postindustrial world.

Celem eseju przeglądowego jest dokonanie w roku uroczystości jubileuszowych analizy porównawczej „Ruchu Pedagogicznego” – cieszącego się dużą renomą czasopisma naukowego wydawanego w Polsce od 1912 roku. W swoim artykule autor dokonuje wyodrębnienia różnych faz rozwoju pisma w różnych okresach historycznych minionego wieku. Ponadto autor stara się dokonać charakterystyki specyfiki czasopisma, jego wyraźnie zarysowanego profilu naukowego oraz różnego rodzaju zmian, jakim podlegało w swojej historii, uwarunkowanych zewnętrznymi okolicznościami. Autor podejmuje także próbę przyciągnięcia uwagi czytelnika unikatowym i reprezentującym wysoki poziom charakterem omawianego czasopisma. We wszystkich jego numerach zawarte są wyniki badań i studiów mających na celu dokonanie konceptualizacji procesów edukacyjnych i określenia ich tożsamości, zarówno w świetle teorii, jak i praktycznych zastosowań, w czasach znaczących zmian i przeobrażeń społecznych.

The purpose of this review essay is to present a comparative analysis of so well known scientific journal ”Ruch Pedagogiczny” being published since 1912 in Poland, on its anniversary of jubilee. The author presents in his text distinquised seasons on its earlier development in different historical periods in the last century. Moreover, the author tries to charactarize the specifity of the journal, a clearly defined focus, and other various shifts conditioned by external circumstances. The author makes also an attempt to draw the reader’s attention for their unique and scientifically satisfied character of the reviewed journal. All serial numbers are much stronger studies in this respect for the attempt to conceptualise educational processes and their identity for the theoretical and practical implications in the period of irregularity and the social change.

Artykuł prezentuje koncepcję komunitaryzmu zawartą w studiach teoretycznych oraz praktycznych/politycznych decyzjach podejmowanych przez konserwatywny rząd w Polsce począwszy od października 2015 r. Podążając logiką teorii niesprawiedliwości społecznej opracowanej przez Johna Rawlsa, autora wszczynającego dyskusję nad rolą nowego komunitaryzmu, który jest rozumiany jako intelektualna alternatywa wobec globalizmu i praktycznych reakcji występujących wśród wielu ruchów i grup społecznych. Na tym tle artykuł pragnie ukazać cele i zadania pedagogiki społecznej. Komunitaryzm jest postrzegany jako oblicze utopijnej koncepcji w perspektywie potencjalnego ryzyka wystąpienia konfliktu społecznego.

The paper is intended to present and describe a concept of communitarianism in theoretical studies and in practical/political decisions taking up by the new Polish conservative government since October 2015. Following the logic of the theory of social injustice elaborated by Professor John Rawls, whose author begins the discussion of the role of communitarianism of nowadays which could be understand as an alternative intelectual reaction against globalism and its practical reactions among several movements and frustrated social groups. At this background the paper tries to show the main goods and tasks in Social pedagogy. Communitarism is perceived as an envisage of utopian conception from the perspective of the risk of the potencial social conflict.

The purpose of this review article is to present a comparative analysis of a well known scientific journal - its last nine issues published since 2002 in Poland. The subject of the discussed papers included in each issue of the semi-annual journal 'Horizons of Education' was analyzed in two ways. The first one was quantitative analysis, i.e. the assessment of the contents was applied to the most popular national and social educational journals; and the second one, from the point of view of several topics, which were identified in each of the chosen issues with general scientific European educational problems and their consequences when their place was essential in the body of a given article. The author makes an attempt to draw the reader's attention to the unique and scientifically justified character of the reviewed journal. All issues constitute comprehensive studies as far as an attempt to conceptualize processes and their identity for theoretical implications in the period of anomy, anomaly, irregularity and social change.
