Principal categories related to implementation of processes of systems self-organisation are shown. Basic preconditions of self-organisation process and main factors of their ensuring are analysed.

The paper characterizes the patterns of open stationary systems development. The laws of compliance system performance to information level; the sufficient information complexity of managerial system; and speed system development are formulated in the paper. The mechanisms and factors of system's development are also analyzed in the paper.

The concept of “sustainable development” and “sustainable economy” is analyzed. The Russian equivalent “sesteynovy” is suggested for the English term «sustainable». Needed features of SE such as renewable resources base, dematerialization, innovative orientation, close to nature, used processes and cycles, social orientation and so on are analyzed. Such directions for sustainable economy (SE) as (1) transformation of material-energy component; (2) improvement of information programs of economic systems; (3) improvement of synergetic base; (4) increase of self-organization level are formulated. The sustainable consumption as an important component of sustainable economy is studied. A comparative analysis of traditional (industrial) and sustainable economy is given. Preconditions for development of sustainable economy in Ukraine are investigated. Key components for knowledge formation in the field of sustainable economy such as the contents and principles of sustainable development and SE; greener demand and greener supply; social institutes and democratic values as preconditions of SE; anatomy of sustainable consumption; reproduction of human factors for SE; the best EU practices for SE development; future of SE are studied.

This article explores the process of providing social and solidarity economy (SSE) in transition to sustainable development. The notion of sustainability as the state of the triad of three interrelated and interdependent systems: socio-economic, biological human nature, ecological is grounded.It reveals the meaning and content of SSE. It reveals the principles that underlie the functioning of solidarity economy structures and experience to ensure SSE in the EU.It explores the experience of the internal networks of the European initiatives on morality, national solidarity and territorial networks in Europe and Intercontinental network promoting SSE. The article grounds the necessity to use the experience of the European Union to ensure sustainable development in terms of development SSE projects, which in turn would contribute to solving urgent social, economic and environmental problems.
