W artykule zawarto problematykę uwarunkowania środowiska, które określają rozwój sytuacji geopolitycznej w regionie Sahelu. Celem jest przedstawienie czynników wpływających na środowisko naturalne i jego składników w stosunku do wydarzeń historycznych, ekologicznych i ich wpływu na ten obszar pełen konfliktów oraz ich obecnego i przyszłego potencjału. Artykuł przedstawia listę najważniejszych konfliktów i liczbę ofiar w historii operacji międzynarodowego zarządzania kryzysowe-go.

The article involves a discussion on environmental factors which determine the development of the situation in the Sahel geopolitical area. The aim of the work is to present the environmental determinants environment and their components in relation to historical, ecological events and their impact on this full of thw area and their present and future potential. The article presents the list of the most important conflicts and number of victims in the history of operations performed by the international crisis management.
