Inteligentne sieci energetyczne (Smart Grid) są niezaprzeczalnym kierunkiem rozwoju sieci elektroenergetycznej XXI wieku, wymagają jednak ogromnych nakładów finansowych zarówno w nową infrastrukturę techniczną jak i informatyczno-komunikacyjną. Rozwój ten jest uwarunko-wany wieloma czynnikami, takimi jak: rozwiązania prawne, przyjęte mechanizmy rynkowe, roz-wiązania techniczne i informatyczne, jak również edukacja związana z korzyściami, jakie daje rozwój systemu i zmiana roli klienta w aktywnego prosumenta. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnych uwarunkowań prawnych, technologicznych oraz infrastrukturalnych, związanych z rozwojem rozwiązań ICT niezbędnych dla zarządzania bezpiecznym, szybkim, dwukierunko-wym przepływem informacji w zmieniającym się rynku energii. W artykule zostaną zaprezentowane istotne cechy zmian relacji dostawca – konsument oraz akceptacja nowych form interakcji przez odbiorców na podstawie badań testowych przeprowadzonych wśród studentów UŁ we wrześniu 2012 roku

The Smart Grid (SG) – a new idea energy management is an indisputable development of the electricity grid of twenty-first century, however require huge capital investment in new technolo-gy, infrastructure and ICT solutions. The wide deployment process of new energy market ideas dependents on a number of factors such as: the legal frame, adopted market mechanisms, accessible infrastructure and new ways of distributor-client communication. One of the most important task is to change the role of passive energy customer into the active prosumer. The client acceptance of new offers and energy market possibilities is a key element of wide SG deployment. The purpose of this article is to present the current legal, technological and ICT solutions requirements necessary to manage, secure, high-speed, two-way information flow in a changing energy market. The paper presents the educational and informational aspect of involving clients in new the new SG projects and the results of customer expectations of new forms of communications, based on test survey done in Lodz in September 2012.
