В данной работе представлены результаты анализа мирного соглаше- ния, подписанного Соединенными Штатами Америки и Движением Та- либан от имени Исламского эмирата Афганистан. Это соглашение при- звано завершить войну в Афганистане, в которой принимают участие США, страны НАТО и их союзники. Целью проведенного исследования был поиск ответа на вопрос: может ли это соглашение привести к миру в Афганистане? Основными методами исследования были: метод ана- лиза содержания и метод институционально-правного анализа.

The article presents an analysis of the peace agreement signed between the United States of America and the Taliban on behalf of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. This agreement is intended to end the war in Afghanistan, in which the United States, NATO countries, and their allies are participating. The aim of the study was to answer the question: can this agreement lead to peace in Afghanistan? The main research methods were the content analysis methodology and the institutional-legal methodology.
