В тексте автор сосредоточился на представлении истории эпидемий, которые имели место в Саудовской Аравии, а также обговорил, как именно саудовское королевство может бороться с возможной эпидемией коронавируса. Предложено утверждение о том, что Саудовская Аравия готова к эпидемии заболеваний коронавирусом, после использования выбранных источников и анализа информации на тему коронавируса.

In the text, the author presents shows a short history of epidemics that took place in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and also discusses political decisions and a possible fight with epidemic of coronavirus. After analyzing the most important sources and information on the topic of coronavirus, the author proposes a thesis that Saudi Arabia is ready for an epidemic of coronavirus diseases.

Человечество пережило множество бедствий. Научный прогресс устранил множество смертельных болезней. До этого эпидемии опустошали деревни и города. Даже самые богатые и влиятельные граждане не смогли защитить себя и своих близких от неминуемой гибели. Россия, находящаяся на стыке Европы и Азии, также страдала от эпидемий, которые нашли свое художественное отражение в искусстве и литературе. Тема пандемии остается актуальной. Вероятно, будет еще много его литературных версий. Статья является лишь вкладом в более глубокое литературное исследование и анализ. Каждый из перечисленных авторов рисует портрет «чумы» с разных ракурсов, что делает тему интересной, многогранной и свидетельствует о масштабности явления и его влиянии на современную русскую литературу. Со временем список литературы может быть расширен, но сегодня они кажутся наиболее репрезентативными.

Mankind has survived many plagues. Advances in science, including medicine and pharmacy, have resulted in many once deadly diseases elimination. Before this happened, the plagues had decimated the countryside and cities. Even the richest and most influential citizens were unable to protect themselves and their relatives from inevitable death. Lying at the junction of Europe and Asia, Russia also was plagued by epidemics, which found artistic reflection in art and literature. The topic of the pandemic remains relevant. There will probably be many more of its literary versions. The article is only a contribution to deeper literary research and analysis. Each of the mentioned authors paints the portrait of “plague” from a different perspective, which makes the topic more interesting, multifaceted, and also testifies to the wide scale of the phenomenon and its impact on contemporary Russian literature. Over time, the list of appeals will be expanded, but today these seem to be the most representative.
