Поэтапное и последовательное проведение реформ способствовало становлению и развитию судебно-правовой системы, отвечающей современным демократическим стандартам.

The article contains aspects considering the questions of reforming of Uzbekistan`s juridical system during the years of independence as the most important item of forming of lawful state, providing of primacy of rights, freedom and legal interests of citizens. Phased and consecutive implementation of reforms helped to form and develop the juridical system, responding to modern democratic standards.
