The article views the specificity of the processes of conceptualization in absurd literary text based on the example of the creative work of a Russian poet A.Vvedenskiy (1904–1942). The author proves that one of the most important poetic concepts — “time” — does not have a field, paradigmatic, but a syntagmatic structure and that it unfolds in the text in close connection with the concepts of “God” and “death”.
