Радикальная демократия не является политической системой. Автор соглашается с Ж.Ж. Руссо, что «настоящая демократия никогда не существовала и не будет существовать». Автора соглашается также с Ж. Рансьером в том, что ее не могут гарантировать ни институции, ни кодексы, ни законы. Радикальная демократия имеет свои начало и конец в каждом отдельном человеке. Ее ключевой силой являются индивидуальные способности человека, умение преобразовывать различные рассеянные силы в динамический проект личного присутствия в мире. Человеческое присутствие демонстрируется исключительно благодаря способностям.

Radical democracy is not a political system. The author agrees with J.J. Rousseau that “true democracy never existed and will not exist”. She also agrees with J. Rancière that it is not guaranteed by any institution, codex or law. Radical democracy begins and ends in every single man. Its foundation power is the human being, the individual’s self-agency and its ability to transform the individual’s own distracted powers into a dynamic projection of personal presence in the world. Human presence manifests itself only by self-agentive acts.
