В философско-правовых размышлениях Марии Шишковской проявляется тесная связь теории познания, философии человека, аксиологии и философии политики. В ее понимании человек – свободное существо, которое должно стремиться к реализации идеалов. Он обязан внутренне и индивидуально развиваться, но вместе с этим также заботиться о судьбах челове-чества и мира (общественный индивидуализм). Теория естественного права со сменным содер-жанием, которую сформулировала ученая, подчеркивает необходимость рассматривать право в перспективе ценностей. Из провозглашаемого М. Шишковской умеренного агностицизма следуют постулаты равноправия всех мировоззрений и разделения права и моральности в пуб-личной жизни. Толерантность и пацифизм она считает философско-правовыми ценностями.

Maria Szyszkowska’s study on philosophy of law is closely linked to epistemology, human philosophy, axiology and philosophy of politics. In her study, human is considered to be a free being with aspirations to pursue the ideals. He is obliged to personal inner development, but with concern for the fate of humanity and of the world (social individualism). Her concept of the natural law with variable content emphasizes the need to consider the law in the perspective of value. M. Szysz-kowska’s moderate agnosticism leads to the formulation of the following postulates: equality of worldviews and separation of the law and morality in public life. Tolerance and pacifism are the values of the philosophy of law.

Философия политики Марии Шишковской определяется кантианской идеей человечности как цели самой в себе. Она перенесла эту идею в реальное измерение, сведя ее к перспективе личности как члена политического общества (гражданина). Автор статьи сосредотачивается на вопросах, которые для философии политики являются принципиальными. При этом указывает на основные вопросы, которые определяют характер социально-политических размышлений. Это вопросы свободы, пацифизма, плюрализма, толерантности и моральности. Реализация права, как и политики, согласно концепции Марии Шишковской должна учитывать высшие ценности.

Political philosophy of Maria Szyszkowska is determined by Kant’s idea of humanity as an aim in itself. She gives this idea a real dimension by driving it to the perspective of the individual as a member of political society (citizen). The author of the article focuses on the issues that for the presented philosophy of politics seem to be essential. She points out the fundamental issues defining the nature of the socio-political considerations. These are the issues of freedom, pacifism, pluralism, tolerance and morality. The law, like politics, according to the concept of Maria Szyszkowska, should be implemented considering the higher values.

For Apollinaire, poetry inspires war. Calligrammes, written at the very heart of the drama, involves a three-dimensional combat. His I acquires three representations that differ in status, process and the ideal defended. The first I is the empirical soldier fighting on behalf of his country in the real world. The second lyrical I is fictitious in order to fight for convulsive emotions made of dreams and frustrations. The third, creative, I of the poet defends an aesthetic that is necessary, in a pioneering spirit, to crystallize it in modern culture. In short, the creative warrior is transmuted into creating war.
