Usłonecznienie w miastach na podstawie wybranych stacji w Europie

W pracy dokonano analizy wieloletniej i rocznej zmienności usłonecznienia w wybranych miastach Europy. Wykorzystano możliwie najdłuższe serie heliograficzne dostępne w internetowych bazach danych. Uwzględniono sumy dobowe i miesięczne usłonecznienia z dwunastu miast europejskich dla wspólnego okresu (lata 1929–1991). Przebieg wieloletni przedstawiono na podstawie możliwie najdłuższych, jednorodnych ciągów. Stwierdzono, że zmienność wieloletnia i roczna usłonecznienia w wybranych miastach Europy wykazuje duże podobieństwo. Zauważono, że podobne tendencje w przebiegu wieloletnim sum rocznych występowały nie tylko w okresach „globalnego zaciemnienia” i „globalnego rozjaśnienia”, ale także na przełomie XIX i XX wieku oraz w pierwszej połowie XX wieku. Za przyczyny zmienności usłonecznienia w analizowanych miastach uznano uwarunkowania cyrkulacyjne, szerokość geograficzną oraz czynniki antropogeniczne.

The study analyzed the long-term and annual variability of sunshine duration in selected European cities. The longest possible series of heliographic data available in online databases were used. The total daily and monthly sunshine duration sums from twelve European cities for the common period (1929–1991) were taken into account. The multi-annual course is presented based on the longest possible, homogeneous sunshine duration series. It was found that long-term and annual sunshine duration variability in selected European cities is very similar. It was noted that similar trends in the longterm course of annual sums occurred not only in the periods of “global dimming” and “global brightening” but also at the turn of the twentieth century and in the first half of the twentieth century. The causes of the variation of sunshine duration in the analyzed cities were found to be the circulation conditions, latitude, and anthropogenic factors.
