A system of direct payments is one of the most widely used instruments of the CAP. In applying for aid is becoming increasingly important to assist institutions in completing the application and informing beneficiaries about the system. The main goal of the paper was to evaluate the importance of Agricultural Advisory Centres to apply for direct payments. Each year, beneficiaries applying for the payments meet with the some problems related to the completing the application and access to information. The most difficult steps that must be done to get payments are filling the applications and graphics attachments, which are often contracted. Also, base on the results information about completing the application has been assessed as the most difficult available. Agricultural Advisory Centre was the main institution to help in completing applications and providing information about direct payments.

System płatności bezpośrednich jest jednym z najpowszechniej stosowanych instrumentów WPR. Przy aplikowaniu o dopłaty coraz większego znaczenia nabierają instytucje pomagające przy wypełnianiu wniosku oraz informujące beneficjentów o systemie dopłat. Głównym celem badań przybliżonych w niniejszym artykule była ocena trudności w korzystaniu z dopłat bezpośrednich przez polskich rolników i rola WODR w ich pokonywaniu. Co roku beneficjenci dopłat natrafiają na pewne problemy związane z wykonywaniem czynności niezbędnych przy wypełnianiu wniosku i dostępem do informacji. Do najtrudniejszych czynności, które trzeba wykonać aby otrzymać płatności, należy wypełnianie formularza wniosku i załącznika graficznego i te czynności (takie jak np. pomiar wielkości działek) są najczęściej zlecane do wykonania osobie trzeciej. Również informacje dotyczące wypełniania wniosku zostały ocenione przez właścicieli badanych gospodarstw rolnych jako najtrudniej dostępne. Przy pozyskiwaniu informacji i wykonywaniu tych czynności rolnicy korzystali głównie z pomocy ośrodków doradztwa rolniczego.
