The text deals with the relationship reading-writing in a discursive perspective. Read, for the Analysis of Speech (AS), relates to a process of production of meaning - a gesture of interpretation of the subject that reads / interprets. We are moving this conception to reflect on the process of writing the texts. We prioritized, in this study, the following question: if the reading and interpretation are understood as gestures, capable of provoking a new will be, what would be in common among these concepts and the process of writing? We start from the analysis of gestures of reading produced by students on a charge of political slant, considering the language as materiality of as discursive tissue, and also the fact that the linguistic effects figure in history to produce meaning. We consider as a variable for the constitution of the reading-writing process the students living with the practices of reading on digital materials as a instance for literacy.
