The subject Miguel Hernández has created in three important collections of poems, El rayo que no cesa, Viento del pueblo, and Cancionero y romancero de ausencias draws up poetics within poetry. The expression of poetics is pervaded in the formal tradition that characterizes El rayo que no cesa, and builds up a permanent auto-definition; though the context makes the poetic language more and more ideological, Hernández’s poems also define the making of poetry on the whole.

The article examines the issue of social justice. It highlights the shortcomings of reflections on justice based on the assumption that the extent of social justice is constrained by the boundaries of a nation state. The paper emphasises the necessity of modifying normative models of justice with regard to the process of globalization. The author’s reasoning is based on the current cosmopolitanism, especially on Darrel Moellendorf’s critical appraisal of the ideas of John Rawls. The aim of this paper is to analyse the specific lines of argumentation of selected theorists of justice they choose in clarifying the nature and origin of the commitments of global justice.

Financial decision-making is characterized by seeking the optimal solution, exploiting the available resources and utility maximizing under assumption of rational decision-making. Decision-making under uncertainty implicitly requires the acceptance of risk of states of the worlds and the acceptance of possible consequences of risk alternatives. On the contrary there are a lot of empirical examples of managers' propensity to the incorporation of irrelevant factors to the decision making process. Irrelevant factors are based on internal feeling of managers, elimination of regret with the aim to hide individual failure of managers and admitting mistakes of responsible managers. Conducted economic experiment focused on the escalation of commitment in losing projects.

The aim of the study is to analyze two basic stories of human freedom, that of Kant and that of Kierkegaard. In its first part the author tries to uncover the basic motives of both philosophical stories using the film 'Minority report' as the background of his discussion. While according to Kant ethics is the basic manner of true self-understanding, Kierkegaard on the other hand suggests to suspend ethics in order to achieve authentic identity of the Self. Does a universal commitment to oneself exist at all, or is this commitment the basic problem in the search for an authentic freedom?

Employee attitudes, such as job satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee engagement, matter to organizations. They are related to important outcomes, such as absenteeism, employee turnover, adaptation to change, cooperation with other employees, innovation, and the willingness to act in ways that go beyond one's formal job description. Aggregated across work units, positive attitudes lead to the kinds of outcomes that speak directly to competitive advantage: improvements in customer satisfaction, profitability, and shareholder value. Recent longitudinal evidence based on large samples supports the causal impact of work–related attitudes on bottom–line financial measures. Company examples show that although work–related employee attitudes are intangible, they are measurable and strategically important to organizations everywhere.
