The article concerns the book of Marta Wójtowicz-Wcisło dedicated to state–Church relationship in the history of Mexico. The author mainly pointed out important shortcomings in the publication concerning such issues as international relations, including relations with the Holy See, the influence of Freemasonry, social and political movements. The author also paid attention to other important elements related to the content and structure of the book.

Artykuł dotyczy książki Marty Wójtowicz-Wcisło poświęconej relacjom państwo–Kościół w historii Meksyku. Zwrócono w nim uwagę przede wszystkim na istotne braki w pracy, dotyczące takich kwestii, jak stosunki międzynarodowe, w tym relacje ze Stolicą Apostolską, wpływy masonerii, ruchy społeczne i polityczne. W tekście zwrócono też uwagę na inne istotne elementy związane z treścią i strukturą książki.
