Współczesne uwarunkowania społeczno-gospodarcze stawiają przed przedsiębiorstwami wiele wyzwań związanych z uwzględnieniem różnych grup interesów (interesariuszy) i ich oczekiwań. W ramach budowania relacji z interesariuszami wykorzystywane jest tzw. miękkie podejście normatywne w postaci kodeksu dobrych praktyk. Artykuł prezentuje przykłady (nie)stosowania zasad kodeksu Dobrych praktyk spółek notowanych na GPW w wybranych spółkach branży budowlanej.

Nowadays, socio-economic conditions mean that companies must take into account a number of challenges associated with the various interest groups (stakeholders) and their expectations. As part of building relationships with stakeholders, companies use “soft normative approach”, in the form of a code of good practice. This article presents examples (not) apply the rules Code of Best Practice WSE Listed Companies in selected companies in construction industry.
