W artykule są przedstawione problemy ryzyka braku zgodności z regulacjami, jakie występują w banku podczas wprowadzania nowego produktu na rynek. Autorka zwróciła uwagę na procesowy charakter wprowadzania produktu bankowego na rynek i różnorodność obszarów zapewnienia zgodności z regulacjami wynikającą z kolejnych etapów procesu. Szczególna uwaga została poświęcona zagadnieniom zgodności w obszarze ochrony praw klienta i wymaganiom nałożonym na bank przez regulatorów w tym zakresie. Wyróżniono potrzebę monitorowania ryzyka braku zgodności produktu z regulacjami na etapie wprowadzania go na rynek (komercjalizacji).

The author presents the risk of non-compliance issues which occur in the bank during the introduction of a new product on the market. She points out the process nature of the placing on the market of banking product and the variety of areas for compliance with regulations resulting from the various stages of the process. Particular attention has been devoted to issues of compliance in the area of protection of the rights and demands of the customer to the bank by regulators in this area. She highlights the need to risk monitoring of non-compliance with the regulations of the product at the stage of placing on the market (commercialization).
