Celem badań jest ukazanie usprawnień w procesie produkcji serpentyn w firmie Riethmuller sp. z o.o. W badaniach wykorzystano następujące metody badawcze: obserwację uczestniczącą, wywiady z pracownikami, analizę dokumentacji wewnętrznej w/w firmy. Wykorzystując powyższe metody badawcze zebrano materiał empiryczny. Materiał teoretyczny został zebrany na podstawie analizy literatury z zakresu zarządzania procesami. Wykorzystując metody takie jak: harmonogram Adamieckiego, diagram Ishikawy, wykres Ganta oraz metoda Craft można usprawnić proces produkcji serpentyn. Przykładowe usprawnienia polegają na: zatrudnieniu dodatkowego pracownika, przesunięciach pracowniczych, zakupie droższego materiału i relokacji biur wybranych pracowników. Zastosowanie się do rekomendacji usprawnień pozwoli firmie Riethmuller sp. z o.o. m.in na wzrost wydajności produkcji oraz zwiększenie możliwości realizacji dodatkowych zamówień.

The aim of the study is to show the improvements in the production process of serpentine in the Riethmuller sp. z o.o. The study used the following research methods: participant observation, interviews with employees, analysis of internal documentation this company. Using this methods was collected the empirical materials. Theoretical material was collected on the basis of analysis of the literature in the field of process management. Using methods such as: schedule Adamiecki, diagram Ishikawa, chart Craft and Gant method can improve production process of serpentine. Examples of improvements consist of: recruitment of additional employee, employee transfers, purchase more expensive material and relocation of offices of selected employees. Compliance with the recommendations of improvements will allow Riethmuller sp. z o.o for example: increase productivity and increase the possibility of further orders.
