The paper first presents basic information about the Scrum method. Then it summarizes the state of art in the domain of Scrum implementation, especially as far as the critical factors of its success are concerned. On the basis of literature survey a new model classifying Scrum implementation critical factors is proposed. The model divides Scrum implementation critical factors into five categories: Project Team factors, Psychological and cultural factors, Process and Method, Environment and Technology. The model is then developed and verified using the case study method. The research was carried out in a French IT company by means of a participating observation. The company was implementing Scrum, which ended up as a success. A journal of the Scrum implementation was conducted, presenting the experiences of the Scrum Team, their opinions and changes in the Scrum method which were introduced. On its basis critical factors, crucial for the success of Scrum implementation, classified according to the above mentioned model, were identified, completing those which had been found in the literature.

Social exclusion is not an immovable situation but rather a process that can be reached and escaped by identifying the personal, social, cultural, symbolic and structural barriers and blocks that determine it. In the analysis of social exclusion, it is essential to identify the inflection points as those moments in the life trajectory of people where one or more events of great importance coincide; where social advantages or disadvantages accumulate over time, or at a certain time but with a sudden great load. In the study of this phenomenon it is important to listen and identify the experiences of people in situations of exclusion, in the ability to observe the mechanisms and social processes that lead to exclusion, to analyze the social structures where the person is immersed, as well as the analysis of the social construction made by the subjects is introduced. Social exclusion becomes a privileged platform from which to observe the functioning of a society as a whole, in this case the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey, the most unequal and discriminatory urban space in Mexico. To generate inclusion dynamics, action and intervention are necessary throughout society as a whole, but especially with the exclusionary ones, since they are the ones that establish and control the borders between the different social spaces. Social policies should not only address the needs and demands of the excluded but also anticipate the social factors and processes that generate exclusion. It is fundamental to see the structural causes that block the access ways to the inclusion spaces so as not to fall into naive positions of believing that only with theempowerment, the self-development and self-entrepreneurship of the excluded people can get out of this situation.
