The Author focuses on the problem of knowledge management in education institutions, identifying the need to seek effective solutions in this area. One possible evaluation method is called Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). In Author’s opinion, this methodology can be successfully used to measure the quality of knowledge creation and sharing in higher educational institutions.

Autor podejmuje problematykę zarządzania jakością w instytucjach edukacyjnych, wskazując na konieczność poszukiwania skutecznych rozwiązań w tym zakresie. Jedną z możliwych metod ewaluacyjnych jest Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Metoda ta, zdaniem Autora, może być skutecznie stosowana do pomiaru jakości procesu tworzenia i transmisji wiedzy w szkołach wyższych.
