The subject of the paper is the proces of virtualization and its influence on the values in law. There are presented assumptions which describe why the entropy law occurs and the need for its solution. To understand the basic institutes it is necessary to explain the notion of virtualization and its philosophical and theoretical background. The paper seeks to emphasize that virtualization is just a concept, which in itself does not guarantee better and more valuable social relationships. In other words, the technology does not change the fundamental values. At the end there are presented examples of individual methods of conflict resolution in the law concerning virtualization.

In this article the author attempts to describe the postmodernist’s motifs used by Thomas Pynchon in his novels. Typical/characteristic postmodernist’s motifs are discussed in this paper: the focus on a plot, the reference to the pop culture/pop literature, the emphasis on the fictionality/artificiality, the “black humour”, the postmodernist’s play (pastiche, parody, imitation), the insertion of the elements of surrealism. The author of this article embarks on interpretation of this motifs consideration for intentions of Thomas Pynchon, this means, this interpretation is focused on entropy category.

The paper characterizes the patterns of open stationary systems development. The laws of compliance system performance to information level; the sufficient information complexity of managerial system; and speed system development are formulated in the paper. The mechanisms and factors of system's development are also analyzed in the paper.

The paper presents the analysis of the philosophical roots of cybernetic thinking and its links to the important scientific trends. The programs launched by cybernetics have justified the accents placed on 'intentionality', 'teleological worlds', 'worlds of the artificial'. The founder of cybernetics, Norbert Wiener, emphasized what he called 'human use' or 'human dimensions' of cybernetics and its applications.

The aim of the paper was to discuss the accuracy of the multiple indexes used for random sequences generation results calculation. In the first part of the paper the models explaining deviations from randomness were presented. The key role of the structural limitations interpretation was suggested. Secondly, the multiple indexes of the deviation from randomness used in random sequence generation task studies were presented. The authors concluded that too many indexes are used in the studies of deviation from randomness. In order to avoid such problems two indexes were proposed: entropy and correlation function. The last part of the paper presents the preliminary version of the mathematical of random sequences generation in which the limited capacity of the short-term memory assumption was introduced.

This study considers the dialogue in the USSR between semiotics, cybernetics, and information theory, as a case study of the complexities of conceptual transfer between disciplines. Yuri Lotman’s use of the concept of entropy in literary criticism is especially telling. Information theory defines entropy in terms of a system’s complexity and predictability, while its metaphoric use outside that discipline connotes chaos and destruction. Lotman’s use of the term oscillates between these contradictory meanings and exemplifies both his development as a thinker leading towards his concept of the explosion, and his position as an intermediary figure (a mediator, to use his own term) between scientific and literary discourse. The tensions and the promise of a transient point of interdisciplinary encounter in 1960s Russia foreshadow current forays at dialogue between the sciences and the humanities, and illuminate, more generally, the grey area between literal and metaphorical uses of one discipline’s terminology in another disciplinary context.

The necessity of development of interdisciplinary connections of economic theory with other social and natural sciences for the exposure of features and specific of evolution of the economic systems is reasonable. The features of the sinergistical going near the analysis of system transformations are certain. The signs of development and efficiency of the world economic system under act of system transformations of different levels are educed.
