Popularyzacja normalizacji w zarządzaniu spowodowała zainteresowanie organizacji systemami zarządzania jakością (ISO 9001), zarządzania środowiskowego (ISO 14001) ora zarządzania bhp (PN-N 18001). Praktyka stosowania systemów wskazuje na wiele problemów, z jakimi borykają się organizacje. Już sam Juran [1974] wyrażał swoje obawy, że zorientowane na certyfikację przedsiębiorstwa będą za bardzo koncentrowały swoją uwagę na zdobyciu formalnego potwierdzenia funkcjonowania systemu zarządzania jakością, zamiast doskonalić swoje procesy. W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki badań własnych opartych na studiach przypadków (casy studies) w pięciu przedsiębiorstwach posiadających zintegrowany system zarządzania jakością, zarządzania środowiskowego i zarządzania bhp. Celem badań było zidentyfikowanie mocnych i słabych stron znormalizowanego podejścia do zarządzania. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników zaproponowano kierunki doskonalenia znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania.

This paper presents the results of the research conducted by the authoress on the basis of case studies in five companies with their own integrated systems of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. The purpose of the research was to identify strong and weak points of the normalized approach to management. Directions for improving the normalized management systems are suggested on the basis of the received results.

Problems of the environmental management establishment as an alternative scientific trend and as one of the highest corporate priorities of enterprise activity were considered. Mechanism of the environmental management administrative regulation on the enterprise were elucidated. This article is devoted to the investigation of theoretical foundations of the concept «forestry» from the perspectives of transformation from nature exploitation to the nature managing in the forest complex. Structural elements (development and direct use of forests, forest transformation and arrangement, reproduction, intellectualization of the forest activity, creation and exploitation of new knowledge, deepening of creativity and spirituality) determine the directions of expansion of organizational and economic bases of sustainable, environmentally oriented forest management. Culture should have the great importance for the qualitative determination of forestry: social culture: the culture of the individual and social relations (in particular, it concerns the forest relationships); spiritual culture: ideas, knowledge, values and orientations; material culture: objects of labour, technology and labour. A content analysis of the concept «forestry» has shown that forest management is a particular form of the broader interpretation of sustainable forest management, forestry, and defined the organizational, economic, organizational and social forms of the environmentally oriented management.

The article deals with a problem of ecological consciousness and sensitivity in contemporary organizations. The Author ponders issues connected with an ecological awareness and calls for addiction of ecological sensitivity to definitional categories. Afterwards the results of empirical research on the applied character of ecological sensitivity and consciousness in Polish organizations are presented.

The paper analyzes of the functioning of corporate sector of economics, determines the main functioning problems, ecologic and economic development trends are researched as a prerequisite for the implementation of environmental management systems and auditing. Evaluates influence of national industry companies of corporate sector on the environment in comparison with other European countries. Evaluates actuality and need to use the corporate environmental management and audit by national companies of corporate sector. The paper analyzes and allocates the functioning problems of corporate sector of economic are related to the functioning of the stock system and the relationships between the owners and management of the companies. The article substantiates how these factors influence the environmental and economic indicators of company. The authors had been systematized and determined environmental and economic interests of the subjects corporate relations. The authors had been proposed the scientific and methodical approach to modeling of the eco-oriented system internally corporate relations, which provides the settlement of the interests of owners and management of the company by defying the critical values of the reward for the results eco-oriented corporate activities.
