The purpose of the article is to identify problems and perspectives of the cooperation between the EU and Ukraine in the area of tourism, associated with implementing the EU Tourism Policy. The issues addressed in the article determine the main directions for Ukraine to join the process of the European integration. The authors describe political and legal aspects of cooperation in the area of tourism with respect to the implementation of the Association Agreement.

The challenges of the implementation of the provisions of the EU Regional policy in Ukraine are determined in this article. The history of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the framework of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and Association Agenda are investigated here. The main features of the cross-border cooperation and perspectives of further development of regional policy in Ukraine are described in the article.

Szczególną uwagę poświęcono historii współpracy między Ukrainą a UE w ramach układu o stowarzyszeniu. Wyszczególnione zostały najważniejsze cechy współpracy transgranicznej i perspektywy dalszego rozwoju polityki regionalnej Ukrainy.
