Die Modellierung von Emotionskonzepten stellt eine schwierige, dennoch wesentliche Aufgabe der Linguistik dar. Zwar sind Basisemotionen wahrscheinlich universal und biologisch bedingt, aber die in der Kultur verankerten Sprachen erlegen auf die konzeptuellen Inhalte eine Struktur auf, die aufgedeckt und beschrieben werden muss. Dieses Ziel verfolgt die interdisziplinäre Monographie von Hanna Kaczmarek über Ärger, die in dem Artikel besprochen wird.

A model-based depiction of emotion concepts is a difficult and a relevant task within linguistics. The basic emotions are probably universal and biologically conditioned but the languages being founded within the culture influence the structure of conceptual contents, which has to be discovered and described. This aim is followed within the interdisciplinary monograph by Hanna Kaczmarek which has been presented in the article.

Modelowe przedstawianie konceptów emocji jest trudnym, lecz istotnym zadaniem lingwistyki. Wprawdzie emocje podstawowe wydają się być uniwersalne i uwarunkowane biologicznie, jednakże zakorzenione w kulturze języki nakładają na treści konceptualne strukturę, którą warto badać i opisywać. Taki cel przyświeca interdyscyplinarnej monografii Hanny Kaczmarek o emocji ,złość‘, którą omówiono w artykule.
