W niniejszym artykule autor podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jakim stopniu mamy w noweli Śmierć w Wenecji do czynienia ze zjawiskiem ‚Entgrenzung‘; w tym celu poddaje on dokładniej interpretacji prób Aschenbacha nawiązania bliższego kontaktu z Tadziem. Kończą się one jednak każdorazowo niepowodzeniem.

In the following article, the author discusses the extent to which the phenomenon of ‘Entgrenzung’ occurs in the novella Death in Venice. To do so, he carefully interprets Aschenbach’s attempts to establish a closer relationship with Tadzio, which fail every time.

Im vorliegenden Aufsatz versucht der Verfaaser die Frage, inwieweit wir es im Falle der Novelle Tod in Venedig mit einer Entgrenzung zu tun haben, zu beantworten, wobei er sehr genau Aschenbachs Versuche verfolgt, mit Tadzio in einen näheren Kontakt zu treten, was jedes Mal misslingt.

Artykuł prezentuje cyfrową kulturę pamięci o Zagładzie jako przykład różnorodnych procesów zaniku granic, występujących w dzisiejszym świecie mediów i globalnej kultury. W części teoretycznej zaprezentowano fazy pamięci Holocaustu w Niemczech i Polsce. Następnie wyróżniono i omówiono 8 typów projektów pamięci opartych na formatach Web. W rozdziale 3 przedstawiono trzy projekty pamięci jako przykłady rozmaitych procesów zniesienia granic. Rozdział 4 zawiera ogólne wnioski.

The article presents the digital memory culture of the Holocaust as an example of various processes and phenomena of the erasure of borders that occur in today’s cultural and media landscape. In the theoretical section, the phases in remembrance of the Holocaust in Germany and Poland are presented. Next, the web formats of digital memory culture are discussed. Then, eight types of remembrance projects are distinguished and briefly presented. The investigation section in Part 3 presents three remembrance projects which reflect the various phenomena of the erasure of borders. Part 4 contains general conclusions.

Der Artikel präsentiert die digitale Erinnerungskultur zum Holocaust als Beispiel für diverse Prozesse und Phänomene der Entgrenzung in der heutigen Kultur- und Medienlandschaft. Im theoretischen Teil werden die Phasen der Erinnerung an den Holocaust in Deutschland und Polen dargestellt. Dann werden Webformate der digitalen Erinnerungskultur besprochen, acht Gattungen der Erinnerungsprojekte unterschieden und kurz dargestellt. Das dritte Kapitel stellt drei Erinnerungsprojekte vor, die diverse Entgrenzungsphänomene widerspiegeln. Das vierte Kapitel enthält allgemeine Schlussfolgerungen.
