Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą ukraińskich i rosyjskich kampanii infor-macyjnych jako nieodłącznych elementów współczesnej wojny hybrydowej między Rosją i Ukrainą. Podkreślono najważniejsze elementy konfliktu informacyjnego między wspomnianymi państwami oraz przyczyny i charakter ukraińsko-rosyjskich problemów z komunikacją jako konsekwencji realizacji hybrydowego charakteru konfliktu. Wskazano, że Rosja rozpoczęła znaczną, ze względu na swój kompleksowy charakter kampanię antyukraińską, która nie miała odzwierciedlenia po stronie przeciwnej. Badano odpowiednio dobrane wiadomości przedstawiane w różnych formatach przez władze publiczne, eksperckie i analityczne instytucje i media, które wpływają na kształtowanie rosyjskiej i ukraińskiej opinii publicznej odnośnie wojny w Donbasie.

The aim of the thesis was to discuss the changes that Poland will face after it joins the Euro zone. Before Poland takes this step, it has to inform the whole society about the opportunities and the threats that the Euro zone entails. Changing the national currency into Euro did not bring many economic profits to other countries. It did the opposite – economic indicators worsened and the prices of goods and services increased. Many enterprises and institutions have to adapt to European requirements so that the Euro currency would not affect their economic conditions. In order to enter the Euro zone, Poland must meet many requirements and undertake appropriate steps to stabilize Zloty and the system of public finances including the fiscal system
