The study deals with the theme of the relationship of corporate identity and image focusing on the search and analysis of published researches and publications on the topic. The text of study presents processed opinions and practical findings of domestic and foreign authors. The author characterises corporate identity and image and their mutual relationship. Furthermore, the study describes the characteristics of elements influencing identity and image of the companies - attributes and factors affecting the image. In the final chapter the author states the findings of predominantly foreign authors who primarily dealt with this topic. The author compares opinions and findings of other authors and draws her own conclusions. The scientific methods used while writing the text were analysis, comparison, induction and deduction.

The article describes the international evaluation methodology of travel and tourism competitiveness of the World Economic Forum. The dynamics of changes of quantitative content of the Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) and the dynamics of the top 10 countries by TTCI in 2007–2015 were analyzed. Leaders and outsiders were also designated. The analysis of Ukrainian evaluation methodologies of tourism potential and attraction was held considering its main factors, type of content and its dominants. The innovative approach to the tourism competitiveness evaluation that is based on the use of statistical indicators of the environmental, cultural, historical, economic, social and infrastructural factors was suggested with regards to Ukrainian and international experience.

Author examines peculiarities and suggests the explanation of principle for gravity model implementation for research the processes of transborder cooperation activation.

Factoring is a special independent banking business. In economic meaning it is a form of financing of commercial company based on selling short – term mostly unmatured receivables. In legal meaning it is unnamed, atypical contract about selling receivables based on precontract (pactum de contrahendo) and main contract combined with contract of assignment and elements of other contracts. Factoring has a financing function (crediting), service function and function of insuring collection of suppliers receivables (del credere function).Factoring shortens the time limit for collecting of receivables, enables the collection of receivables and thus speeding up commercial company’s money flows.
