Problematyka reformy rolnej i struktury agrarnej w polskim rolnictwie okresu międzywojennego

The main objective of the study was to present the scope of the agricultural reform and the institutions responsible for its implementation. This jurisdiction included the Central Land Office and the State Agricultural Bank. The results of the agricultural reform are presented in tabular form, covering two stages of shaping the agricultural system. As a result of the process of parcelling out estates and the emergence of new types of farms, the shaped agrarian structure is presented. The agrarian structure was depicted in terms of voivodships and four regions. In addition, the presence of differences in areas under different partitions was indicated. The research was based mainly on legal regulations such as statutes and data from statistical yearbooks.

Podstawowym celem opracowania było przedstawienie zakresu przeprowadzenia reformy rolnej i instytucji odpowiedzialnych za jej przeprowadzenie. Właściwość ta obejmowała Główny Urząd Ziemski i Państwowy Bank Rolny. Rezultaty reformy rolnej zobrazowano w postaci tabelarycznej, obejmującej dwa etapy kształtowania ustroju rolnego. W wyniku procesu parcelacji majątków i wyłaniania nowych rodzajów gospodarstw rolnych, przedstawiono ukształtowaną strukturę agrarną. Zobrazowano ją w układzie województw i w ujęciu czterech regionów. Ponadto wskazano na występowanie zróżnicowań na obszarach będących pod różnymi zaborami. W badaniach bazowano głównie na regulacjach prawnych typu ustawy i na danych pochodzących z roczników statystycznych.

The study presents the institutions and organizational units associated with the Ministry of Agriculture existing in the interwar period. The aim of the study was to characterize the statutory tasks faced by organizational units and to indicate their specific features. The study was prepared solely on the basis of legal acts such as an act or an ordinance of the Council of Ministers.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono występujące w okresie międzywojennym instytucje i jednostki organizacyjne, które związane były z resortem rolnictwa. Celem opracowania było scharakteryzowanie ustawowych zadań stawianych przed jednostkami organizacyjnymi i wskazanie na ich specyficzne cechy. Opracowanie przygotowano wyłącznie w oparciu o akty prawne typu ustawa lub rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów.
