EN
Zygmunt Glücksmann was a well-known lawyer practicing in Polish Silesia in the inter-war period. He started his public activity in Jewish socialist organizations. After World War I he started to act in the German Socialist movement. He represented the Socialists in the Bielsko local government. He was a deputy to the regional parliament of the Silesian Voivodeship during the second and third term, in the years 1930-1935. He approved the operation of the organic charter of this autonomous territorial unit. As a lawyer, he sought to bring the regulations in place in the Silesian Voivodeship into line with those in force elsewhere in the Polish state.
