Wpływ tradycji rodzinnych na zachowania konsumentów wobec dziczyzny

Tradycje rodzinne odgrywają istotną rolę w kształtowaniu zachowań konsumentów. Celem opracowania jest określenie wpływu zwyczajów wyniesionych z domu rodzinnego na zachowania żywieniowe osób spożywających dziczyznę. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badania jakościowego zrealizowanego metodą IDI wśród producentów dziczyzny oraz badania ilościowego realizowanego metodą CATI z osobami spożywającymi dziczyznę. Dowiedziono, że tradycja konsumpcji dziczyzny jest przekazywana między pokoleniami, a przekazy nieformalne istotnie wpływają na wybór rodzaju mięsa.

Family traditions play an important role in shaping consumer behavior. The aim of the study is to determine the influence of habits raised from the family home on the nutritional behavior of game meat consumers. In the paper the results from qualitative study carried out using IDI method among game producers and quantitative study conducted with consumers declaring eating venison, using the CATI method were presented. It has been proven that the tradition of game consumption is passed between generations and informal messages have a great influence on the choice of meat.
