Sermons from the series Super Gloria in excelsis, by Stanisław of Skarbimierz (c.1360-1431), an outstanding theologian, Doctor of Law, and rector of the University of Krakow (renovated in 1400) raise extremely important theological issues. In his reflections, Stanisław of Skarbimierz showed grace as a gift for which it is worth losing everything, which not only requires the observance of God's commandments, but, above all, it is a starting point for worshiping the Creator, worshiping and glorifying Him. On the one hand, the outstanding preacher presented these fundamental issues in optics of theological reflection, and on the other hand, he showed them to the community of the faithful so that this would become an important and understandable element of their religious life.

Kazania z cyklu Super Gloria in excelsis, autorstwa Stanisława ze Skarbimierza (ok.1360-1431), wybitnego teologa, doktora praw, rektora odnowionego w 1400 r. Uniwersytetu Krakowskiego, poruszają niezwykle ważne kwestie teologiczne. W swoich rozważaniach Stanisław ze Skarbimierza ukazał łaskę jako dar, dla którego warto wszystko utracić, który wymaga nie tylko zachowywania przykazań Bożych, ale przede wszystkim stanowi punkt wyjścia do wielbienia Stwórcy, oddawania Mu czci i chwały. Te fundamentalne kwestie wybitny kaznodzieja zaprezentował z jednej strony w optyce refleksji teologicznej, a z drugiej przedstawił je wspólnocie wiernych tak, by stały się one ważnym i zrozumiałym elementem ich życia religijnego.
