Celem artykułu jest ukazanie wzrostu sprzyjającego włączeniu społecz¬nemu stanowiącego jeden z filarów strategii Europa 2020 jako wyzwanie dla Polski. Ce¬lowi głównemu artykułu podporządkowano cele szczegółowe, tj.: wyodrębnienie wzro¬stu sprzyjającego włączeniu społecznemu jako części strategii Europa 2020; analizę realizacji celów wzrostu sprzyjającemu włączeniu społecznemu ujętych w strategii Eu¬ropa 2020 w Polsce na tle krajów UE-27 oraz ukazanie stanu i perspektyw realizacji wzrostu sprzyjającemu włączeniu społecznemu w Polsce. Układ pracy dostosowano do realizacji celów głównego i szczegółowych. W arty¬kule wykorzystano literaturę przedmiotu, dokumenty krajowe, unijne oraz dane sta- ty-styczne pochodzące z bazy Eurostatu.

The aim of this article is to show growth promoting social inclusion as the challenge faced by Poland which is one of the pillars in ‘Europe 2020’ strategy. In order to meet the main article objective the detailed objectives have been determined: distingu¬ishing growth being the factor promoting social inclusion as the part of ‘Europe 2020’ strategy; analysing the implementation of growth being the factor promoting social inc¬lusion adopted by ‘Europe 2020’ strategy in Poland comparing to the EU-27; showing the growth condition and opportunities to implement as factor promoting social inclusion in Poland. The article structure was determined to meet the main objective of this article as well as detailed ones. This article is based on the available reference, domestic and EU documents and secondary data provided by Eurostat.
