Podjęciu decyzji o rozpoczęciu antykoncepcji, towarzyszy z jednej strony impuls do takiego działania, a z drugiej – cechy osobowościowe, czyli wiek, miejsce zamieszkania, wiedza, doświadczenie, przekonania, edukacja. To one przekładają się na sumaryczne poglądy, którym często towarzyszą inne emocje, np. strach czy obawy. Taki model nazywany jest modelem zachowań zdrowotnych. Pojawienie się nowych okoliczności, takich jak skutki uboczne może poprzez zmianę poglądów zmodyfikować zachowanie zdrowotne. Kobiety stosujące antykoncepcję hormonalną doustną pod wpływem wystąpienia niepożądanych skutków ubocznych u siebie lub w otoczeniu, zmieniają swoje zachowania antykoncepcyjne. Badaniu ankietowemu poddano dwie grupy – 164 studentki z uczelni niemedycznych w celu ustalenia modeli zachowań zdrowotnych w obu grupach i dla porównania poglądów oraz zachowań – 74 studentki studiów medycznych.

For making a decision to begin the contraception, from one side impulse to such action is accompanying, on the other – personality features – age, domicile, knowledge, experience, beliefs, education, they are transferring themselves into summary views, which other emotions often accompany, e.g. one is afraid or anxieties. Such a model is called the model of health behaviors. Appearance of new circumstances, so as side effects can through a change in his views modify the health behavior. Women taking the oral hormone contraceptive under the influence of the appearance of undesirable side effects at oneself or in surroundings, are changing their contraceptive behaviors. Two groups were subjected to the questionnaire survey – 164 students from nonmedical colleges in the destination of establishing models of health behaviors in both groups and for comparison of views and behaviors 74 students of pharmacy.
