There are more and more technologies enabling the disable users effective usage of library services. The article concerns on the devices such as an information kiosk (referring to a questionnaire survey realized in regional public libraries in Poland). The author indicates the necessity of the libraries’ adaptation to the disable users’ needs, through application of new, supporting technologies.
