The development of investment funds is the result of many factors influence. These factors affect the functioning of these institutions stimulating or restricting their development. The subject of this paper are considerations relating to the circumstances demand the development of investment funds in conjunction with the investor's decision-making process (investor as an entity that creates the demand for shares in investment funds).
