Przeprowadzono teoretyczną analizę procesu instytucjonalizacji światowej przestrzeni go-spodarczej odbywającego się poprzez interakcję głównych aktorów w gospodarce światowej. Autor sformalizuje instytucjonalne zasady zintegrowanego globalnego systemu regulacyjnego, opartego na instytucjach poziomu krajowego, międzynarodowego i ponadnarodowego w kontekście globalnej konkurencji międzynarodowej na rynkach finansowych. Przeprowadza badania metodologicznych aspek-tów tworzenia globalnych instytucji, polityk i mechanizmów w celu poprawy struktury organizacyjnej i zróżnicowanych form i metod ich pracy, a także poprawy oceny skuteczności funkcjonowania instytucji międzynarodowych.

The study deals with theoretical analysis of the world economic space institutionalization through interaction of the major actors of the global economy. The author formalizes institutional principles of creating the integral global regulatory system on the basis of institutions at national, interstate and supranational levels under the conditions of the global international competition and financial crises; researches methodological aspects of global institutions formation, ways and mechanisms of organizational building improvement and diversification of forms and methods of their activity, evaluation of international institutions efficiency.
