Badanie systemu informatycznego wspomagającego analizę danych finansowych. Wstępna analiza wyników

Celem rozpoczętych badań jest określenie największej użyteczności zarówno wybranych pozycji sprawozdawczych i mierników analitycznych w procesie decyzyjnym, jak i systemu informatycznego wspomagającego przeprowadzanie różnego rodzaju analiz finansowych. W artykule przedstawieniowo uzyskane wyniki z przeprowadzonego eksperymentu z udziałem uczestników, koncentrując się na dwóch zagadnieniach: (1) oceny jakościowej systemu klasy Business Intelligence ze względu na dwa kryteria związane z wyszukiwaniem i prezentacją danych potrzebnych do prowadzonej analizy finansowej danych oraz (2) oceny potencjalnych trudności związanych z korzystaniem z tego sytemu. W badaniu zastosowano połączenie dwóch metod, tj. testu zadaniowego oraz listy kontrolnej.

The aim of initialized research is to determine usefulness of selected entries in reports and analytical indicators in decision process and evaluation of information system supporting carrying out various financial analyses. In this paper we concentrated on presenting preliminary results of research on evaluation of information system. We conducted an experiment with the participation of users. We combined two methods, that is usability tests and heuristic evaluation. The research was conducted according to proposed procedure. In this article we described assumptions of conducted study, used questionnaires and its course. We analyzed data obtained from questionnaire. The article is concluded with the summary.
