Controlling – koncepcja oraz metoda wspomagająca współpracę międzyorganizacyjną

W artykule wykazano możliwości oraz ograniczenia controllingu jako koncepcji i metody wspomagającej współpracę organizacyjną. Udowodniono, że controlling może być uznawany za koncepcję zarządzania. Wykazano, że controlling może być uznany za metodę zarządzania. Udowodniono, iż wśród zadań controllera znajdują się działania, które mogą wspierać współpracę organizacyjną. Wskazano behawioralne aspekty, które mogą wspomagać lub ograniczać rolę controllera we wpieraniu współpracy organizacyjnej. Zastosowana procedura badawcza zawierała studia literaturowe oraz badania empiryczne. Studia literaturowe odnosiły się do uznania controllingu za metodę lub koncepcję zarządzania oraz do zadań controllera. Badania empiryczne dotyczyły zadań controllera oraz psychologicznych uwarunkowań pracy controllerów, stanowiących jednocześnie ograniczenia behawioralne dla udziału controllera w kształtowaniu współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej.

The possibilities and limitations of management control as concept and method supporting interorganizational cooperation were shown in the paper. It was proved that management control can be acknowledged as management concept and management method as well. It was shown that among controller’s tasks there are activities which can support interorganizational cooperation. The behavioral aspects which can support or limit interorganizational cooperation were identified. The research procedure included literature study and empiric research. Literature overview were related to management control as management concept and method and to controller’s task. The empiric research was related to the controller’s task and psychological determinants of controllers’ work which constitute the behavioral limit of possibilities of participation of controllers in interorganizational cooperation.
