Cezary Haller, who died on January 26, 1919 in battles with the Czechs near Kończyce Małe during the polish – czechoslovak conflict. 2nd Lieutenant Stanisław Jan Karolus presented the detailed circumstances of the officer’s death in a bilateral report, dated in Tarnowskie Góry on January 23, 1939.
