Aspekty behawioralne mają coraz większe znaczenie w dziedzinie finansów. Jednak ich skutki wykraczają poza tę sferę. W opracowaniu podjęto próbę wykazania związku pomiędzy wybranymi problemami behawioralnymi procesu decyzyjnego inwestorów i praktykami kształtowania wyników bilansowych jednostek, stosowanymi przez menedżerów. Wskazano również możliwe kierunki oddziaływania czynników behawioralnych finansów na prawo bilansowe, i tym samym na sprawozdania finansowe.

Behavioral aspects are of increasing importance in the field of finance. Although, the consequences extend beyond this sphere. The study attempts to show the link between behavioral problems selected decision-making process of investors and earnings management practices. It also identifies the potentially possible directions influences behavioral finance on the accounting law, and thus, on the financial reports.
