Article refers to the importance and grounds of marketing conception in conditions of global economy in spite of scepticism and criticism of the marketing theory. According to the Slovak and International companies it also refers to the important tendencies of the marketing theory and practice.It presents the development of marketing theory from the beginning till present. It analyses influence of global processes on the companies marketing activities.

The aim of this paper is to discuss the impact of natural gas market liberalization on gas companies’ business models and the adoption of marketing orientation and client-focused approach. Main effects of market liberalisation are described as well as the milestones for creation of a single European gas market. A case study of leading British energy company Centrica serves to illustrate successful business model.

The necessity of creation of national marketing strategy of development of foreign tourism has been substantiated for the regions of Ukraine and development of the modern entrance tourism state has been determined. Basic problems, retentive development of this direction of tourism in the regions have been analysed in detail. Special attention is paid to such problems as insufficient development of material and technical base as well as transport and informative infrastructure of domestic tourist business. On the basis of the conducted analysis the alternative variant of marketing strategy of development of foreign tourism has been offered in the regions of Ukraine with the simultaneous taking into account the experience of organization of tourist activity abroad. Also a special attention is paid to foreign experience and practice of stimulation of foreign tourism in the 21st century.

Using a global approach many enterprises trying to achieve a competitive advantage. It is not without significance the consideration of cultural conditions in creating a marketing strategy. Ability to define and manage these determinants in planning the expansion of activity in other countries might be an essential skill. Multicultural marketing gives the possibility to maintain balance between a global and international approach.
