The purpose of this article is to present and analyze the tasks of the supervisory board associated with the company information system. The article presents the concept of corporate reporting chain and explains the supervisory board's tasks related to the mentioned concept. Author proposed to extend the chain of corporate reporting of reports prepared by the supervisory board.
