Masowa kastomizacja jako pojęcie uwzględniające wpływ klienta na produkt stała się przedmiotem zainteresowania badaczy naukowych. Celem poniższego artykułu jest próba wskazania jej wpływu na rozliczenie kosztów produkcji. Przedstawiono pojęcie masowej kastomizacji, zaprezentowano i opisano schemat rozliczeń produkcji na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa produkującego stolarkę okienną. Wyjaśniono podstawowe grupy kosztów oraz kluczy rozliczeniowych. Omówiono działania, jakie zostały podjęte w firmie w obszarze operacyjnym oraz rachunkowości zarządczej w celu urealnienia informacji dotyczących przepływu danych w procesie.

Mass customization as a concept takes into account the impact of the customer on the product has become a source of interest for researchers. The purpose of the article below is an attempt to indicate impact mass customization on production costs. The concept of mass customization has been presented, the production costs have been presented and described on the example of a window manufacturing company. Basic cost groups and billing keys have been explained. The activities that were taken in the company in the operational area and management accounting have been discussed.
