Whoever reflects upon the development and reasoning of pedagogical thoughts and actions faces the problematic subject. ‘The’ subject seems to figure as the basis of it all. Whilst all other key terms and categories are constantly open to negotiation, the ‘subject’ presents itself as self-evident rather than as an entity to be argued at length. Yet, some questions remain unanswered. Why is this the case? Furthermore, what kind of subject do we refer to? In this article the central issues concerning ‘The Subject and Pedagogy’ as well as first findings of this ongoing research by the author are being discussed. The main focus is not on the results. What is of crucial importance with regard to the following text are the allusions to the apories which accompany any paradigm of the subject. This holds true of every single stage: the subject of philosophy, the subject of pedagogy and the pedagogues’ subject.

W artykule został dokonany przegląd znanych w literaturze modeli dojrzałości oraz zaproponowano model dla podejścia Scrum. Model ten pozwoli każdej organizacji ocenić jakościowo i ilościowo stopień dojrzałości wdrożenia podejścia Scrum w poszczególnych projektach i w organizacji. Jest on oparty na ankiecie, którą wypełniają osoby zaangażowane w różnych rolach w realizację projektów informatycznych wykorzystujących podejście Scrum.

In the paper, a survey of maturity models known in the literature is conducted. A new model for the Scrum approach is proposed. The model will allow each organisation to evaluate quantitatively and qualitatively the degree of maturity of the Scrum implementation in individual projects and in the whole organisation. The model is based on a questionnaire filled in by persons playing different roles in IT projects using the Scrum approach.

Rozwój zarządzania wiedzą w ujęciu praktycznym i teoretycznym spowodował powstanie przeznaczonych dla tego obszaru rozwiązań oraz narzędzi. Badacze podejmują dyskusję na temat efektywności pomiarów tych instrumentów oraz oceny poziomu dojrzałości systemów zarządzania wiedzą. Na bazie studiów literaturowych scharakteryzowano struktury wybranych modeli dojrzałości oraz ich założenia metodyczne. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły wskazać wspólne dla nich cechy oraz różnice w ocenie dojrzałości zarządzania wiedzą. Celem artykułu jest przegląd modeli oraz przedstawienie aktualnego piśmiennictwa dotyczącego modeli dojrzałości zarządzania wiedzą i ich korelacji, wpływu na modele dojrzałości zarządzania projektem oraz środowisko projektowe.

Practical and theoretical development of the knowledge management generated set of tools and solutions devoted strictly to this area. The ongoing research focuses on the effectiveness of these instruments as well as on the assessment of the level of maturity models. Based on literature research, selected maturity models were described. This enabled determination of their structure and basic requirements. The aim of this article is to provide, through literature review, information about current status of the knowledge management maturity models and its impact on the project management maturity models as well as project’s environment.
