Celem opracowania jest diagnoza potrzeb informacyjnych menedżerów odpowiedzialnych za realizację zadań z zakresu outsourcingu finansowo-księgowego w sektorze BPO/SSC i na tym tle zaproponowanie katalogu mierników dokonań przydatnych do zarządzania operacyjnego w sferze obsługi klienta biznesowego. W pierwszej części opracowania omówiono podstawowe atrybuty mierników stosowanych w systemach pomiaru dokonań, a następnie zaprezentowano wyniki badania empirycznego autora na podstawie serii wywiadów ustrukturyzowanych. W ostatniej części artykułu na podstawie przeprowadzonego badania omówiono katalog mierników dokonań, które mogą być przeznaczone dla sektora BPO/SSC w zakresie outsourcingu usług finansowo- księgowych.

The aim of the study is to identify the information needs of managers responsible for carrying out financial outsourcing activities in the BPO/SSC sector as well as against this background to propose a set of measures useful for the purposes of operational management in the field of customer service and support. In the first part of the paper the basic attributes of metrics used in performance measurement systems were explained, next the results of empirical research conducted by the author based on a series of structured interviews were described. In the last part of the article taking into account research findings the set of performance measures that can be dedicated to BPO/SSC sector was elaborated.

The author describes in the article the use of social network analysis (SNA) methods in the field of bibliometrics and webometrics. Although the beginnings of the application of these methods in various fields took place several years ago, their adoption in bibliometrics and webometrics still has not achieved popularity. While in foreign publications attempts have been made to use SNA methods, e.g. for the analysis of co-authorship networks, the results of Polish national bibliometric studies boil down mainly to tabular forms. The first part of the article briefly introduces the reader to the world of SNA issues. Next, the author proposes possible interpretations of SNA measures in bibliometric applications. The article concludes with an example of the practical application of selected SNA measures used for data from the national bibliographic database, CYTBIN. The proposed visualizations make it possible to discover relationships in the data analysed which would be difficult, if not impossible, to be noticed in a traditional tabular forms.

W artykule autorka opisuje zastosowanie metod analizy sieci społecznościowych (SNA) w dziedzinie bibliometrii i webometrii. Mimo że metody te zaczęto stosować w różnych dziedzinach kilka lat temu, w przypadku bibliometrii i webometrii nadal nie są one szeroko stosowane. W przypadku publikacji zagranicznych podjęto próby zastosowania metod SNA, np. do analizy sieci współautorstwa, natomiast wyniki studiów polskiej narodowej bibliometrii sprowadzają się głównie do form tabelarycznych. Pierwsza część artykułu stanowi zwięzłą prezentację świata zagadnień związanych z SNA. Następnie autorka przedstawia możliwe interpretacje metod pomiaru SNA w odniesieniu do zastosowań bibliometrycznych. Artykuł wieńczy przykład praktycznego zastosowania wybranych metod pomiaru SNA w odniesieniu do bazy danych narodowej bibliografii CYTBIN. Wizualizacje, jakie zaproponowano, umożliwiają odkrycie związków reprezentowanych przez analizowane dane, które w tradycyjnych tabelarycznych ujęciach z trudem można by zobaczyć (jeśli w ogóle).
