Orientacja przedsiębiorcza a wiedza w początkowym i dojrzałym etapie procesu internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw

Celem artykułu jest weryfikacja wpływu orientacji przedsiębiorczej na wykorzystanie wiedzy w różnych etapach procesu internacjonalizacji wśród badanych polskich przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł oprócz przeglądu literatury prezentuje wyniki badań na warstwowo-losowej próbie 355 przedsiębiorstw umiędzynarodowionych z Polski. Ankietyzacja została przeprowadzona przy wykorzystaniu techniki CATI. Wyniki badań potwierdzają, że wyższa międzynarodowa orientacja przedsiębiorcza intensyfikuje wykorzystanie wiedzy przedsiębiorczej i wiedzy sieciowej na etapie dojrzałej internacjonalizacji (ale już nie w jej początkowym stadium). W fazie początkowej internacjonalizacji oprócz wiedzy rynkowej (co jest zgodne z podstawami teoretycznymi) przedsiębiorstwa o wyższej orientacji przedsiębiorczej intensywniej wykorzystują wiedzę socjo-kulturową.

This article aims at the verification of the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the use of knowledge at various stages of the internationalization process of Polish companies. The article, in addition to the literature review, presents the results of research on the stratified random sample of 355 Polish internationalized firms. The survey was conducted using CATI technique. The results confirm that higher international orientation entrepreneurial intensifies the use of entrepreneurial and network knowledge at the stage of a mature internationalization (but not in its initial stage). At the initial phase of internationalization in addition to market knowledge (which is consistent with the theoretical foundations), firms with higher entrepreneurial orientation intensely use socio-cultural knowledge.
