Konflikt militarny na Ukrainie i niepewna sytuacja polityczna na świecie sprawiają, że dużym zainteresowaniem zaczynają cieszyć się organizacje o charakterze proobronnym, głównie militarnym. Liczebność ich członków systematycznie wzrasta, natomiast system szkoleń powoduje zwiększenie ich potencjału, co kolejno prowadzi do pytania o możliwość jego wykorzystania przez władze państwowe w sytuacji zagrożenia lub zaangażowania w trakcie pokoju. Czy organizacje proobronne stanowią realą siłę w sytuacji konfliktu zbrojnego lub klęski żywiołowej? Czy możliwe jest ich odpowiednie wykorzystanie?

The military conflict in Ukraine and the precarious political situation in the world make the organizations of a pro-defense profile more and more popular. The number of their members is systematically increasing, while the training system increases their potential, which in turn leads to the question of whether it can be used by state authorities in an emergency or in peace. Are pro-bono organizations a real force in a situation of armed conflict or a natural disaster? Is it possible to use them appropriately?
