Ostatnia dekada to okres niezgody, niezgody na biznes, który coraz mocniej uderza w światową gospodarkę. Ten biznes przyczynił się do kryzysu finansowego, który pociągnął za sobą problemy wszystkich gałęzi gospodarki. Jego aktorami byli i są menedżerowie, przywódcy korporacji, dla których najbardziej liczy sę osiąganie najwyższych wyników finansowych, często kosztem nieetycznych praktyk i zapominania o pozostałych interesariuszach organizacji. Rosnąca niezgoda na coraz to dotkliwsze skutki takich działań, które w konsekwencji odczuwa całe społeczeństwo, zdeterminowało rozwój inicjatyw, których celem jest kształtowanie społecznie odpowiedzialnych przywódców. To właśnie okres nauki jest kluczowym dla zakorzenienia w przyszłych menedżerach prawości. Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)1 oraz Oath Project2 są odpowiedzią współczesnej edukacji biznesu na światowy kryzys. PRME to globalna inicjatywa oferująca ramy dla rozwoju odpowiedzialnej edukacji zarządzania. Natomiast Oath Project to platforma, której celem jest rozwój i udoskonalenie koncepcji Przysięgi studentów MBA z 2008 roku, wzorowanej na Przysiędze Hipokratesa.

The last decade is a time of "saying no", "saying no" to the business, which strikes the worlds economy harder and harder. This business determined financial crisis, which entailed issues of all branches. Its actors were and are managers, corporate leaders, who cared the most about the highest financial results, performing unethical practices and leaving interests of other stakeholders aside. Growing disagreement for paintful results of these practices, which eventually affect the whole society, determined development of iniciatives, which aim to create social responsible leaders. It is the time of study which is crucial to root integrity in future managers. PRME as well as the Oath Project are the answer of the contemporary business education to the world crisis. PRME is a global iniciative, offering frames for development of the responsible management education. Whereas the Oath Project is a platform, which aims to develop and excel the MBA Oath from 2008, based on the Hiprocatic Oath.
